Vocational School, 2-Year Course
Objective: A two-year Japanese language program for students with JLPT N5 equivalent proficiency. The program primarily aims to develop the Japanese language skills necessary for entering vocational schools and to foster an understanding of Japan.
The objective is to deepen understanding of this culture, acquire politeness, manners, and self-directed learning abilities.
Vocational school 1 year and 9 month course
Objective: A course for learners of Japanese at JLPT N5 level to study Japanese for 1 year and 9 months, primarily to develop the Japanese language proficiency required for advancing to vocational schools.
The goal is to deepen understanding of Japanese culture, cultivate politeness, manners, and independent learning skills.
1 year and 6 month vocational school program
Objective: A course for learners of JLPT N4 Japanese proficiency to study Japanese for one year and six months. The primary goal is to develop the Japanese language proficiency needed for admission to vocational schools.
The goal is to deepen understanding of Japanese culture, cultivate politeness, manners, and independent learning skills.

Admission requirements
Admission to this academy is granted to those who meet any of the following requirements.
1. A person who has completed 12 years or more of school education in their home country, or has an academic background equivalent to a high school diploma.
2. Those who have graduated from their final school within 5 years (for those who have graduated more than 5 years ago, please inquire at the institute's office for details).
3. Persons who can enter Japan through due process.
4. Those who have a reliable guarantor.
5. Individuals who can afford to pay enrollment fees, school expenses, and other living expenses while residing in Japan.
6. Must have clear goals for the future and a strong passion for language learning.
7. Those with basic Japanese language proficiency.

Selection method
A document screening will be conducted. Please submit your application form in advance.
After document screening, interviews and written examinations will be conducted.
The interview will be conducted in person or online (via ZOOM, etc.).
・Please have the sponsor also attend.
For online exams, you will need equipment such as a camera, microphone, computer, and speakers, as well as a reliable internet connection.
Also, during the online written exam, to prevent cheating, you will need to provide two cameras and take the exam with both your front and side visible.
This is a condition.
For online exams, please convert your written exam to PDF immediately after completion and submit it to our academy via email.
After the examination, this academy will notify you of the results of the interview and examination within one week.
If there are no staff members available who can communicate in the applicant's native language, the academy will administer an English proficiency test to the applicant.

1. Tuition fees include facility and activity fees (including health check-up costs).
2. Upon arrival in Japan, you will be required to enroll in the National Health Insurance as a resident. The cost is approximately ¥20,000 per year (borne by the student).

This institution has dormitory facilities exclusively for international students.
All those who wish to enter the dormitory can do so.
Please submit your preferences within one week of obtaining your Certificate of Eligibility. Please note that changes cannot be made after application.

Regarding tuition refunds
Caution
If you wish to decline admission, please notify us in writing (using the school's designated withdrawal form) one week prior to the designated admission date.
We cannot accept cancellations via phone or email.
The remittance fee for the refund will be borne by the applicant.
Admission may be revoked if enrollment is delayed without permission.
Tuition fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
However, if you withdraw before the covered period after paying tuition for six months (three months for the final semester of a 1 year and 9 month vocational school program), the paid amount will be refunded.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, incidents, accidents, or infectious diseases, causing class cancellations, we shall not be held liable.

Upon entry, you will be issued a Residence Card and must register your address at the city hall within 14 days.
Unauthorized employment (part-time work) requires an application for permission to engage in activity other than that permitted by your status of residence. Please be sure to obtain permission before engaging in such employment.
- Regarding off-campus work (part-time jobs), adhere to the limit of 28 hours per week (and 8 hours per day during long school breaks).
Please be careful. Also, part-time jobs related to "adult entertainment businesses" are prohibited.
Students must provide the following information required by this academy: passport, resident registration card, phone and email address, friend information for emergency contact, bank deposit account, and part-time job information.
You are required to disclose information regarding your position, contact person, cohabitants, qualifications, skills, health, allergies, religion, and other details.
The student visa is valid for the duration of your studies, but you must renew it before it expires. We will handle the alien registration renewal process through our academy.
Please submit the required documents (application form, financial sponsor documents, academic transcript/attendance certificate, certificate of enrollment, passport, residence card, etc.) by the deadline.
When renewing your visa, if your attendance rate is low, or if there have been legal violations such as overwork, your period of stay may be shortened, or your renewal may be denied.

The Principal may impose disciplinary action on students based on the Principal's judgment.
If you fall under any of the following reasons, please be aware that you may be subject to judgment.
Disciplinary actions shall be of three types: reprimand, expulsion, and deregistration.

If a student is expelled, our academy will report it to the Immigration Bureau immediately, and the student will lose their resident status. Remaining in Japan in this condition will be considered illegal overstaying.
・If you decide to leave the academy voluntarily, you must submit the designated documents, return to your home country promptly, and after returning, present your passport's exit record as proof of your departure.
